How to use
Lift the ear flap, apply the cleaner into the ear canal as directed on the label, and massage the base of the ear for 20–30 seconds. Let your dog shake, then wipe the outer ear with a cotton pad. Never push cotton buds into the ear canal.

How often should you clean?
When their ears look dirty, after swimming or bathing, or as often as your vet recommends. Healthy ears don't need cleaning every day, and cleaning too often can irritate them.
How to clean your dog's ears
It takes about a minute. Have cotton pads, a towel and a few treats within reach.
- Lift the ear flapHold the flap upright so you can see the opening of the ear canal.
- Apply the cleanerSqueeze it into the ear canal, using the amount on the bottle's label.
- Massage the baseRub the base of the ear for 20–30 seconds to work it through the wax.
- Let them shakeStep back and let your dog shake their head. Do it outside or over a towel.
- Wipe the outer earWipe loosened wax and dirt from the outer ear with a cotton pad. Never push cotton buds into the ear canal.
A grooming cleaner, not a medicine
Ear cleaners and ear treatments do different jobs. Knowing which one your dog needs matters more than any product we could sell you.

Is this a medicine?
No. It's a cosmetic cleaner for healthy ears that helps soften and remove everyday wax and dirt. It won't treat an ear infection or any other ear problem.
My dog keeps scratching or shaking their head. Will this help?
It isn't made to. Scratching, head shaking, redness, discharge and a strong smell can all be signs of an ear problem, so get your dog checked by a vet before using any ear cleaner.
How often should I clean my dog's ears?
When they look dirty, after swimming or bathing, or as often as your vet recommends. Healthy ears don't need cleaning every day, and cleaning too often can irritate them.
