1. About us
This website is operated by Timothy Yangyi Lim, ABN 52 347 213 465, trading as Snugpup ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Using this website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to access it by automated means without our written permission.
3. Products, descriptions and images
We take care to describe our products accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Product availability can change without notice, and we may discontinue or modify products at any time.
4. Pricing and errors
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. Where an error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund, and we will contact you before doing so.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity — and if we do, we will refund any amount you have paid.
6. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
7. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns and consumer guarantees
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees as to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography and page design — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.
10. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm the content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline to publish or may remove content at our discretion.
11. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee in relation to goods is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent the law allows us to limit that liability.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
