How it works

CloudPad pads use four layers that each do one job. The soft top sheet pulls wee off the surface in seconds, the pulp layer spreads it down, and a super-absorbent polymer core turns it into gel so it can't run back out or spread to the edge.
Underneath, a leak-resistant PE film sits between the gel and your floor. Lift by two corners, fold, bin. Floorboards, carpet and rental bond stay dry.
Built for every stage: puppy toilet training, apartment dogs on rainy days, crates and carriers, and senior dogs who can't always make it to the door.

How the layers work
Top sheet: a soft non-woven layer that pulls wee down off the surface quickly.
Core: fluff pulp and a super-absorbent polymer (the same type used in nappies). On contact it swells into a gel and holds the liquid, so it can't run back out or spread to the edge.
Backing: a PE plastic film between the gel and your floor. Lift the pad by two corners, fold it in on itself, bin it.

Built for the whole journey
With 4 sizes from toy breed to large senior dog, it's easy to pick a pad that's bigger than your dog's aim.
Use them for puppy toilet training, as a backup toilet for apartment dogs on rainy days, to line crates and carriers, and later for the senior years when the door is too far away.
Clean-up is fast: lift by two corners, fold, bin. No soaking, no washing machine, no smell in the laundry.

Why the edge matters
Puppies don't aim for the middle. Wee lands near the edge, hits the plastic border on a thin pad, and runs straight off onto the floor. The pad "worked". Your floorboards still got wet.
That's why we don't count layers in an ad. We pour at the edge and lift the pad. Cheap pads often cost you two: one that leaks and one you slide under it, plus the mopping.
Pick the size that's bigger than your dog's aim and the pad catches it the first time.
Every puppy parent's must-have

How to use: the Door-Step Method
Pads are training wheels, not a crutch. Here's the three-step exit plan we send with every order.
Place it where they already go
Put the pad on the spot your puppy picks, not the spot you'd prefer. Praise every hit. Clean misses with an enzyme cleaner.
Step it toward the door
Every few days, move the pad a metre closer to the door. If they miss, go back one step. Then onto the balcony or just outside.
Take the pad away
Once they're going outside reliably, the pad is done. Keep a few for rainy nights, travel, and the senior years.
Satisfied dogs & owners
Real customers, added as their reviews come in.

FAQ
General
Won't pads teach my puppy it's fine to wee inside?
Only if they never leave. Used as a bridge, pads give your puppy one approved spot while their bladder catches up to their brain. The free Door-Step Method shows you how to move the pad toward the door every few days, then outside, then away. That's the same phase-out approach animal welfare bodies like RSPCA Australia describe.
Will it actually hold, or will I still be mopping?
The core is a super-absorbent polymer that turns wee into gel, backed by a PE layer that stops it reaching the floor. Pick a size bigger than your dog's aim so the wee lands on the core, not the border. If it doesn't hold up for your dog, the 30-day guarantee covers you.
Kmart pads are cheaper. Why pay more?
Per pad, they can be. Per mess, thin pads often cost two: one that leaks and one you slide under it, plus the mopping. Multipacks bring the per-pad price down further.
My dog raises their leg to wee. Will this work?
Place the pad against a wall or a pad holder with the pad running a little way up it, or use the XL size flat so there's more catch area. Many owners of leg-lifters also use a washable wall guard.
Can cats, rabbits or other pets use them?
Yes. They're commonly used as litter-tray liners, under cat fountains and food bowls, in carriers, and as whelping-box liners.
Who is Snugpup, and when will my order arrive?
Snugpup is a small Australian-owned pet store run from Melbourne (ABN 52 347 213 465). Pads ship from our supplier's warehouse and take 7–12 business days to arrive, with tracking. Support replies within 2 business days at support@snugpup.net.au.
Using the pads
How many pads will I go through?
It varies a lot. Young puppies can use several a day in the first weeks; an adult dog using pads as a backup might use one. Change the pad once it's been used, so the surface stays dry and your dog keeps using it.
How do I stop my puppy shredding the pad?
Shredding is a boredom and supervision problem, not a pad problem. Keep the pad in a pen or small area during the first weeks, give them something better to chew, and use a pad holder if they're determined.
Will the pad slide on floorboards or tiles?
On smooth floors any disposable pad can shift under a running puppy. Place it in a corner or inside a pen, or use a pad holder or tray if it's a problem.
How do I dispose of them?
Fold the pad in on itself, pop it in a bag or straight into your general waste bin. Don't flush pads.
Can I use them outdoors or in the car?
Yes. They work on balconies, in the car boot or on back seats, in carriers and crates, and as a travel toilet when you're away from home.
