If your bed arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Care instructions
Remove the outer cover before cleaning and always follow the sewn-in care label. Wash the cover separately using mild detergent and allow it to dry completely before refitting.
Spot-clean the inner filling unless its care label states that it can be washed. Avoid bleach, and shake or redistribute the filling regularly to help maintain an even, comfortable shape.
